System Engineer Modern Workplace - Unified Endpoint Management (w|m|d)

You support the management and lifecycle management of modern devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). You work in creating and maintaining administrative policies and applications. You support second-level support in a Microsoft-based infrastructure. You control the exchange of information and work closely with internal contact persons: both internal and external service providers. You create and provide clear documentation on processes, responsibilities and interfaces and continuously develop them.

You have a degree course in IT or Business Informatics. You have gained first practical experience in the IT environment, ideally in the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). A plus: You have already worked with Microsoft Intune. You bring first experiences in second-level support and ITSM tools and have an understanding of IT infrastructures and service processes. You bring communication strength, team skills and a structured way of working, and convince yourself with responsibility, commitment and openness for new technologies and working methods. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
