As a KFZ-Service-Berater (m/w/d) with a focus on stone impact repair, you evaluate damage to our customers' car disks and conduct consulting and sales talks in our service center. The creation of invoices, the management of customer money and the creation of incoming orders are part of your task. You carry out the technical stone impact repairs of car glass panes in our service center. You can also include our customers in the stone beat repair and explain them perfectly and objectively. You ensure compliance with the administrative Carglass® standards. You have a completed training and first professional experience, ideally in the service, in the customer service or the KFZ industry. KFZ is not a must. If you bring the motivation for a new start, we'll teach you everything you need. A strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communicative skills characterize you as a friendly and open personality. You convince by independent work and a high degree of flexibility. You have knowledge about MS Office and have fun taking over administrative activities in the office. You own the class B or B197 license.
