For the PM Government and Research group of our Product Management business unit, we are looking for a 12-month period

in parttime (max. 20 hours/week). Support in the processing and tracking of customer requests Collection, structuring and forwarding of product feedback Maintenance and updating of product and process documentation Preparation of training documents, manuals and presentations Support in preparing product information for internal and external stakeholders Working with organisational and administrative tasks in Product Management Support for market and competition research

Immatriculated Student (w/m/d)* in the field of BWL or similar subjects First (vocational)experience in the form of internships, student work or similar experience in customer service, product management or project management are advantageous Structured and careful operation Very good communication skills in German and ideally English (mind. B2) Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Technical understanding and interest in products and customer requirements Self-functioning and high reliability
