The supervised individual residence is an outpatient offer of integration aid. We support our clients with individual advice and support on their way to an independent and independent life.

To strengthen our team at the Albersdorf and Meldorf sites, we are looking for a dedicated personality in full time.

Your tasks

**You develop and design individual support concepts that are adapted to the needs of your clients.

*Begleitung & Promotion: *As part of qualified assistance, you accompany adult clients with diverse support needs in everyday life, promote their independence and strengthen their resources.

Networkwork work & documentation:You are interested in sustainable and reliable networking and cooperation with families, offices and other institutions, participate in help schedule discussions and carry out the documentation and preparation of development reports carefully.

Your profile

Qualification: You have completed a training as an educatorin (Heilerziehungspflegerin, Heilpädagogin o. cf.) or a study as a social workerin (Socialpädagog*in).

Engagement:With communication strength and empathy, you shape the cooperation with your clients and keeps the well-being and the target agreements always professionally and transparent in mind.

Competitions: You are sure to go with MS Office so you can do documentation work efficiently and precisely.
