The professional training centre Rhein-Neckar offers annual vocational rehabilitation measures in 10 cities throughout Germany for more than 1,600 customers. We encourage and support you and your approx. 190 Colleagues: people with psychological limitations from different fields of work individually in the regain of basic skills and in the reorientation of work. In order to strengthen our team at the Trier site, we are looking for a professional trainer (commercially technical or handicraft) in professional rehabilitation w/m/d in full-time (40 week hours). As a professional:r trainer:in promoting and supporting individual people with psychological limitations from different professional fields in the regain of basic working skills, the enhancement of daily loadability and professional reorientation. The aim is to provide sufficient stability and suitability for continuing vocational rehabilitation.

Promotion and practical guidance of people with mental illness Individual support in group and individual talks selection and planning of the appropriate connection measure as well as targeted preparation for it Training of working day and working behaviour Profile creation, applicant training and internship support as well as support in the integration process Reporting and documentation of the course of action Close coordination and joint talks with the psychosocial service Information and clarification talks with new interested parties:

Complete training in a professional and technical or craft occupation (qualification as a master is advantageous) Additional educational qualifications such as trainer training, work educators:in, work pedagogue:in, ergotherapeut:in or above would be advantageous Professional experience likes to work with the clientele to be supervised Good knowledge of working diagnosis and applicant training Joy in working with people and interdisciplinary cooperation Very good German knowledge (C1, European reference framework) Founded MS Office knowledge
