(Junior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

For our young company, we are looking for talents with IT or project management who want to design, design and structure new things - both in terms of our customers and our company.

You have control over the control and implementation of digital solutions as well as ongoing agile IT development projects in the international context You work on joint and own projects in a small team You influence the commissioners' product decisions over all development phases from initial contact to go-live and subsequent support You coordinate the requirements of the various stakeholders:inside and (developing) partners, you ensure the achievement of the project objectives within set framework conditions (time, budget, quality) You define and control test activities and secure a clean documentation You support the internal development of sustainable project structures You’re questioning and improving our tools and agile working methods and bringing us to the next level An intensive onboarding program in the working methods and necessary tools and skills

You have already gained first experience in implementing projects, like software development You have a degree in economics, computer science or similar fields You want project management, building digital know-how and software topics Your approach is systematic and structured and you have a comprehensive process understanding You are ready to take full responsibility for your projects, from design to implementation Scrum is not a foreign word for you You are proactive, creative, energetic & practical You are communicative and convince in fluent German and English
