Do you enjoy a leadership position and are looking for a meaningful activity in a modern aid organization? The daycare for people with dementia in Munich is looking for a dedicated institution management (m/w/d), which takes responsibility and leads the team with heart and expertise in an institution that has been providing for the participation of people with dementia and the relief of relatives for 11 years. We are a Catholic service company with a wide range of social and caritative tasks. In addition to our wide range of social services, rescue services, training, refugee assistance and youth work, we are particularly committed to helping people with dementia. In doing so, we are guided by the expert standard for relationship design in the care of people with dementia and pursue a person-centric approach. The job is to be filled in full time (39 hours/week) from August 2025 and is limited to one year (with a view to further employment). We look forward to your application!

Team leadership: They lead the general team and coordinate cooperation with volunteers. Daily routine design: Together with the guests and volunteers, they organize the daily routine and the offers. Administration: You take over the proper administration and accounting of the institution. Further development: They develop the offer strategically and set new impulses in dementia care. Consultancy: You advise relatives and conduct initial discussions with interested parties (m/w/d). Representation: You represent the institution in the services for people with dementia. Network work: They are actively working on networking with other players in the field of dementia care.

A completed nursing training, ideally in the field of nursing, or a comparable degree (e.g. social education, psychology, geontology, medical education, housekeeping) Affinity and ideally experience in the field of gerontology and the person-centric approach as well as in dealing with people with dementia Good knowledge of MS Office applications Leadership and experience in cooperation with volunteers Teamability and flexibility Very good communication skills A driving licence is advantageous Identification with the tasks, values and objectives of a Catholic aid organisation
