You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Economics, Civil Engineering, Law (1st State Exams), Real Estate Management, Building and Real Estate Management, Facility Management (Bachelor's focus) or Comparable. Further requirements: Multiannual professional experience in the real estate sector desirable Structured, careful and targeted work Communication capability and effective occurrence Team-oriented personality with enforcement strength and strong customer orientation Secure knowledge of common Microsoft Office products They provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).
