2nd level support (telephone, remote and on-site) as well as assistance in the ticket system (further) development of technical systems for the provision of devices also with regard to current safety recommendations and standards Simplification of administrative activities using scripts (e.g. with Powershell, Batch, Python or the like) Management, configuration and further development of existing software distribution infrastructure (OPSI) and the existing InTune systems Strategic development of the systems provided for customers Participation in the planning, management and support of IT projects and projects Creation of concepts and installation instructions Support for consulting projects with customers We maintain over 25,000 Windows devices and over 110,000 Apple Devices at more than 500 locations with education and B2B customers. With your expertise, you actively shape the digital future of schools and businesses. You develop modern device management solutions that enable our customers to operate their devices safely and efficiently.

You have a successfully completed IT training with corresponding professional experience or studies in the field of computer science Ideally, you can demonstrate your knowledge through certifications or comparable practice experience You have relevant experience in using OPSI and/or InTune Ideally you bring knowledge to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot or Endpoint Security You work independently as well as in the team You have a good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful procedure You want not only to maintain technical systems, but also to carry them into the future and develop them further Optionally you have a class B driving licence Flowing German in Word and Writing we require - English is advantageous

Your experience

You are familiar with Microsoft technologies (Windows client and server operating systems, Active Directory, Group policies) You already have experiences with Intune as well as with script or programming languages (Powershell, Python or others) You bring knowledge in the creation of concepts and installation instructions Rudimentary Linux knowledge available of advantage You have knowledge of the planning and technical support of rollouts We are also looking forward to your application if you do not meet all criteria!
