Project Controlling Employee

You strengthen us in the “Controlling” group at the Bremerhaven site. We are responsible for the project, department and institute controlling. As part of our daily work, we ensure a sustainable and future-oriented financing of the institute. The group currently consists of six employees. We support each other irrespective of the areas of activity. The open exchange and cooperation, also beyond team boundaries and locations, are particularly important to us. You take over the commercial support and control of research projects and national and international industrial projects. This includes requesting and administering the projects and calculating and monitoring the costs. You also monitor the budget of individual projects and the availability of the necessary resources. In addition, you will assist the internal project managers with advice and action if You have questions about the creation of applications and offers, order processing, costing, as well as commercial and partly (submission) legal frameworks. In your role, you will start regular reporting and participate in the monthly and annual accounts activities. You can also introduce your own ideas and optimize the processes.

You have completed a degree in (company) economics (BWL) or a commercial vocational training. Perhaps you have demonstrated your scientific understanding during professional stations, ideally in a research institution, and therefore know what is happening in the project controlling? Numbers are totally your thing and complex themes don't scare you off? Great! You may have first experience in dealing with SAP. We act on the IWES at an international level, which is why, besides German and English, you can make everyday work easier.
