Number: MER0003K46 The Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus is an innovation centre focused on the development and implementation of digital production solutions. Here, the most modern technologies and methods are explored to increase the efficiency and flexibility of the manufacturing processes. In addition, the hands-on team of the MO360 AI Factory integrates artificial intelligence into the production processes to enable intelligent, networked and efficient production. We are looking for a motivated intern who has a great passion for creative ideas and innovative solutions. In this role, you will discover new ideas, develop and actively contribute to their implementation. You do not need specific experience, but above all a pronounced drive and the ability to drive your ideas forward with enthusiasm. These challenges include: Idea support: You support our team in developing new ideas for our software products; You participate in ideation workshops and learn creative methods to develop and improve our software User-oriented design: You help to understand the needs and perspectives of our production staff; You test your workflows, perform interviews and support the development of solutions that facilitate and optimize their work prototyping and feedback: assist in creating prototypes to visualize new ideas and test their feasibility; By using prototypes, we can get feedback early and ensure that the solutions meet the needs of employees. Team collaboration: You work closely with other team members, such as product managers, developers and designers; Together we develop ideas, share feedback and work to implement innovative solutions into reality Creative input: You bring fresh and creative ideas with you; You think innovative and help our team discover new perspectives and solutions
