Work in the research project KI-InnOMATiV, which deals with the participative development of AI-based onboarding processes for people with disabilities. These include: Research on UX design, barrier-free human-technology interfaces and inclusive AI in the context of human-centric technology development Participation in designing and implementing participatory formats (e.g. co-design workshops, interviews) with target groups from administration and society With design and prototypical implementation of user-centric interaction concepts (e.g. mockups, Wireframes, prototypes) Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data on the acceptance and usability of AI-based assistance systems Participation in publications and presentations at national and international conferences

Academic Higher Education (Master or comparable) in a relevant field (e.g. UX/Interface Design, Human-Technical Interaction, Psychology, Media or Socio-informatics) High motivation, team skills and independent and structured working Great interest in inclusive technology design, accessibility, user-centred AI and participative methods Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods and first experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) Experience in UI/Prototype development and statistical data analysis First publication experience desirable Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing
