Locations: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main) and Munich.

As Consultant M&A Analytics (m/w/d), you accompany our clients in the preparation and implementation of demanding transaction processes – thus contributing to sustainable decisions and to successful purchase contract and purchase price negotiations. Hands-on entry: You support our clients in the course of Vendor Assistance and Financial Due Diligence Projects (Private Equity & Corporate). Algorithm: You can develop appropriate algorithms and processes to process and link decision-relevant data in a targeted manner. Analysis: In addition, you will set up financial and business analyses and prepare corporate presentations. Reporting: Your assessments are summarized in interactive due diligence reports and financial fact books.

Completion in economics, engineering or comparable degree with above-average success Economic knowledge found, ideally in financial and accounting First practice with data analysis methods and applications, especially SQL and Tableau, experience with R or Python and ideally with Alteryx, PowerBI or Qliksense Proactive, responsible operation and strong self-initiative German and English very well in word and writing
