Psychological Service (Psychologist) in Achim (m/f/d)

• Psychological advice and support for young people in individual, emotional and psychosocial issues and in acute crisis situations • Psychological support of pedagogical professionals through counselling, coaching and joint development of appropriate possibilities for action • Monitoring and coordination of therapeutic and medical assistance, including cooperation with psychotherapists, specialist doctors, clinics and other advisory bodies • Participation in assistance planning, case meetings and professional discussions, as well as participation in assistance plan discussions and other relevant dates • Conduct psychological offers, including individual and group talks, as well as support for issues such as sleep problems, stress regulation and emotional stabilization • Developmental psychology diagnostics for development and behavioural vulnerabilities as well as independent implementation and accompaniment of agreed treatment measures • Interdisciplinary cooperation and network care with educational, medical and therapeutic professionals as well as the establishment and maintenance of external cooperation structures • Technical documentation and reporting on the development of young people and regular participation in team meetings and professional exchange

• Complete study of psychology (Diplom/Master) or a comparable qualification as a child and adolescent psychotherapist with social pedagogical experience • desirable: therapeutic additional qualification or a started or completed training in behavioral therapy or systemic therapy • Knowledge of psychological diagnosis and test theory as well as experience in the diagnosis and classification of mental, development-related, performance and behavioral vulnerabilities • experience in working with children and adolescents, ideally in the field of youth assistance, as well as knowledge in the accompaniment and support of young people with mental or developmental stress • Safe handling of talks and crisis intervention as well as enjoying the psychological advice and support of young people and their references • Empathy, communication strength and team capacity as well as joy in interdisciplinary cooperation with educational, therapeutic and medical professionals • Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work, combined with commitment, flexibility and organizational skills; Management experience is advantageous • Good MS-Office knowledge and the legally required evidence of measles immunization; the willingness to change places required by service is assumed
