For our customers, a home of basic and regular care, we are looking for a chief physician for anaesthesia and intensive care (m/w/d) in the Bremen area at the earliest possible time.

Your tasks:

• You have the overall organisational and content responsibility of the department
• Implementation of the hospital's strategic requirements
• Implementation of a structured training concept
• They are responsible for pre-, intra- and postoperative care of patients m/w/d
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary doctors m/w/d of the clinic
• Quality assurance together with your senior physicians and specialist physicians (m/w/d)

Your profile:

• You are a specialist in anesthesia m/w/d and possess the additional name of intensive medicine and emergency medicine
• They bring profound experience in anaesthesia and intensive medicine
• We require leadership experience
• You are engaged in your profession and are happy to work in a professional and interdisciplinary team
• They give a cooperative leadership style
