Team Leader Heat Exchangers (m/f/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d) in the area of heat exchangers at our production site in Rottenburg-Hailfingen, you are responsible for fulfilling customer requirements regarding delivery reliability, productivity and quality as well as the development of employees and processes. The area of responsibility shall include: Discipline leadership of employees, including guidance and instruction, employee development and discussions, performance assessments Planning of orders taking into account the production programme and coordination of workflows Monitoring the production process and reaction in the event of deviations, i.e. traceability of causes in production errors, analysis of faults and troubleshooting Ensuring weekly targets, quality and the CS process Determination of causes of disturbance and clarification of problems Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance work Creation and management of documents Participation in development projects Organization and moderation of internal control communication Close coordination with upstream and downstream areas Ensuring occupational safety

Successfully completed training in metalworking industry At least three years of relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of welding and assembly Good knowledge of measuring instruments and testing processes Experience in employee management desirable Knowledge of SAP of advantage Very high team and communication capability, enforcement capability as well as structured and targeted working methods Embossed process and quality awareness With your guide methods, you ensure good cohesion in the group and professional work according to the specified standards You want to continuously develop employees and processes to achieve the best possible goals English knowledge of advantage
