Indirect Industrial Cooperation Manager (m/f/d)

Development of independent, proactive concepts and long-term country-specific strategies for industrial cooperation (offset / industrial participation) in export countries Cost-, time- and quality-oriented control and handling of Indirect Industrial Cooperation contracts, including regular reporting to international customers, project management and line managers Competent development of indirect industrial cooperation projects with international partners and negotiation of evaluation with the relevant local authorities Implementation of industrialization projects in the context of project execution in cooperation with internal and external partners and customers Active participation in the team-based negotiation process of all contractual conditions for industrial cooperation Identification, detection and minimisation of risks of indirect industrial cooperation in acquisition and settlement phases as well as compliance with processes, regulations and applicable compliance guidelines

Complete study of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme At least 10 years of professional experience, ideally in the defence industry, of which at least 5 years in the indirect industrial cooperation environment Wide intercultural understanding, pronounced communication and negotiation capabilities, and enforcement capabilities Active work with internal and external networks from stakeholders and strategic partners, process affinities and regulatory procedures Strategic, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented action in the internal and external relations; sovereign, binding occurrence and structured functioning knowledge of English and, where appropriate, a second foreign language of a customer country; international travel, experience abroad; Project management Certification and safe handling of MS Office
