OT Technician (all genders)

In this role, you ensure the safe and consistent operation of our IT systems in the GxP environment and support production and R&D with stable, validated IT solutions. You work closely with internal and external partners and advance continuous improvements. You ensure that all IT systems and processes comply with the statutory regulations (e.g. FDA, EMA) and internal guidelines You implement and monitor measures to ensure data integrity and validate systems and processes In order to ensure traceability and compliance, you create and advise documentation for IT systems, processes and changes The qualification of IT hardware and measuring instruments is also part of your tasks In cooperation with the manufacturer and colleagues from specialist functions and with IT service providers You'll override the troubleshooting on site You ensure the implementation of Security Standards and System Hardenings, due to Security Findings (TÜV) You support IT projects in the manufacturing and R&D environment To increase efficiency and effectiveness, identify and implement improvements in our IT processes

You have a completed training with corresponding further training in the field of computer science, business informatics or a technical orientation as well as extensive professional experience in IT You have collected your comprehensive knowledge about measuring instruments, special hardware and the connection to the production network as well as in the GMP-compliant data backup in the manufacturing and R&D environment You have a good understanding of the specific processes in production, logistics and quality as well as their support through the IT systems in the GxP-regulated environment You bring in sound knowledge in the server and client operating systems, in particular IGEL OS, as well as in the field of automation using scripting, e.g. in PowerShell, Analytical and creative thinking, as well as economic thinking and acting draw you You work independently, appreciate the work in the team and bring the willingness to take on call and to work at daytime, at night and weekend Flowing German and English skills complete your profile
