Your future tasks: Determination of the Essential Damage Control Processes of Performance Processing Building and providing a reporting system for documentation, assessment and monitoring of processes and structures Creation of process analyses and evaluations Continuous development of reporting and controlling instruments Further development and optimization of the corresponding processes and structures and monitoring of implementation Cross-departmental cooperation with other disciplines to ensure business and business objectives

Experience in process management, in particular in the analysis and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency Project management skills, ideally with knowledge in agile methods Designed analytical skills for identifying potential for improvement and developing appropriate solutions Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders and to guide workshops Knowledge of Camunda BPMN, Camunda-Cockpit and IBM Cognos desirable
