As an instructor (w/m/d) for professional preparation in the areas of hotel/restaurant and health/social services, you support young people in their professional orientation in the areas mentioned above. It is one of your tasks to plan and carry out practical projects. You provide the participants with knowledge of methods and expertise as well as social and personnel skills, taking into account appropriate learning resources and objectives. You support the implementation of competence detection procedures, conduct development talks and, in cooperation with the team, promote the individual further development of the participants. You document learning progress and write teaching reports.

The place is to be occupied in the training center Berlin-Reinickendorf and is limited to 1 year (with subsequent chance of takeover!).

An education or a degree in the field of activity Hotel and/or Restaurant and an AEVO (Training Regulation) Experience in the field of office/administrative and professional experience in training measures is desirable An extended management certificate is required German language skills Joy in working with young people
