Construction Manager TGA, Focus ELT (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the ELT department, taking into account costs, dates, scope and quality You coordinate and control the construction site and also assist in the planning of the performance phases 3 to 5 of the HOAI You accompany purchasing processes for post-contracting You may take over the costing of building structures and the creation of performance directories You participate in customer discussions and take care of projects during the warranty period

You have a degree or a further education as a technician (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) in the field of energy and building technology successfully completed or have a comparable technical training You have several years of experience in the planning and processing of building technology facilities and have good expertise in energy and building technology Good knowledge of the relevant DIN regulations Good computer skills: CAD, Windows applications Teamability, creativity and readiness for cross-disciplinary action
