As an IT system engineer in the Managed Services area, you ensure that our customers are well-maintained from the first day – when entering our services as well as on-going operations. You take responsibility for smooth processes, analyze and solve technical challenges and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our services. You work in a team that loves technology, familiarizes short ways and lives with real one another.

You accompany new customers through the onboarding process of our managed services and ensure a smooth start You perform regular administration and maintenance tasks in our managed service environments You analyze and troubleshoot technical disorders – efficient, solution-oriented and partnership-oriented You actively contribute to the further development of our managed services – with ideas, know-how and commitment You work closely with colleagues from sales, expertise and technology You are contact persons for our customers and develop them further technically and strategically You benefit from a well-established, helpful team with short decision-making and a collegial team

A completed training as a specialist:in for system integration or a study in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT security, etc. At least two years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally focusing on managed services Knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems, firewalls, network & infrastructure and interest in IT security Ideally experience / certification in handling solutions from manufacturers such as Sophos, CrowdStrike, Greenbone or Fortinet A sovereign occurrence in customer contact and a high degree of self-responsibility Your soft skills: analytical thinking, organizational strength, communication skills, team orientation, customer focus and a pronounced readiness to learn Optional: first experiences in project management or corresponding ambitions
