Organisation, preparation and accompaniment of committee and committee meetings (including board, general meeting, vocational training committee) Support in the preparation of session documents, presentations and publications (e.g. articles, brochures) Organisation of events, meetings and voting dates in the field of law and education Care and management of address and contact data in internal management systems Support in public law, including compilation of statistics and overviews Assistance in the legal supervision of inns and circular crafts (choices, documentation, organizational statistics)

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally knowledge of VET and self-government law (BBiG, HwO) Structured, independent and conceptual work High organisational skills, commitment and problem-solving competence Team-oriented personality with pronounced communication and social competence Safe, esteeming appearance towards honorary office, member companies and all hierarchical levels Ready to use flexible work

Compensation is carried out in accordance with the public service collective agreement (TV-L) with the usual social benefits (e.g. occupational pension provision, special payment of the year).
