The responsibility for the management and further development of our 5 people strong development team is in your hands In cooperation with our executives, you regularly evaluate our development methods and processes with your concept for the continuous design of our development department As a team leader, you are responsible for the results of your team and contribute to the development of our embedded machine vision products from sketch to series production in the role of Product Owner. In addition, you develop complex systems across multiple disciplines along with your team The formulation and prioritization of the features and functionalities in the form of requirements and user stories is also your responsibility

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology or a comparable qualification You have proven your knowledge in hardware and embedded systems in professional life for years As a team player, you have already gained first experience in managing a small team or project team and are ready to bring your career to the next level As a Product Owner, you have already successfully assumed responsibility for the lifecycle and release management of firmware and embedded products With your communication strength in fluent German and English, you will ensure smooth communication across all development teams
