Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Support of the HR leadership team for operational and administrative tasks in daily business Professional preparation and follow-up of meetings, preparation of protocols and decision templates and follow-up actions Responsible organisation of internal events and workshops for the HR team Estimated time coordination and calendar management as well as organisation of service travel and travel cost accounting Creation of presentations in German and English with a view to the essentials Secure communication ( oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders of different hierarchical levels

Closed commercial training, happy with further training in office management Multiannual professional experience in assistance at top management level in a producing, medium-sized company Ability to prioritize tasks in a complex environment and do with high quality standards Safe appearance, clear and value-adding communication behaviour in German and English Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Quick conception and a structured and precise operation
