Head of Finance and Accounting - Modern Healthcare (m/f/d)

Our client is a large, modern health facility in North Rhine-Westphalia with several thousand employees and high regional importance. Every year, numerous patients are provided on an outpatient and inpatient basis at the highest medical level. In order to strengthen the commercial sector, we are looking for an experienced management personality as head of finance and accounting (m/w/d).

Total responsibility for the financial accounting of the institution and related companies Creating and securing monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements Responsibility for liquidity planning, financial management and further development of the controlling Contact persons for banks, auditors and other external audit bodies Coordination of tax issues in cooperation with external tax advice Further development and optimization of dunning and collection processes Digitization and continuous optimization of financial and accounting processes Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team

Complete business studies with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in healthcare Very good knowledge of HGB, accounting and tax law Experience in the introduction of new accounting and ERP systems leadership experience as well as pronounced communication and organizational ability Structured, responsible and independent operation High team orientation and hands-on mentality
