Development and implementation of a sustainable fundraising strategy and associated communication measures. Regular reporting to the Executive Board as well as the creation of decision-making templates for the Executive Board.

Complete university studies, preferably in the fields of communication, media, marketing, law or a comparable degree programme. Multiannual proven experience in fundraising, ideally in healthcare. Knowledge of the right of foundation, grant and utility is advantageous. Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as safe and value-awareness of decision-makers from business, politics and society. Creativity and Idea. Own initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to structure a new organizational unit. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
