Director Business Intelligence & IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

IT Infrastructure & Platform Development and implementation of a group-wide IT and digital strategy Operating responsibility for the cloud, network and application landscapes Control and development of a complex multi-provider environment Harmonisation of systems, standards and processes across all countries Leadership of the central BI and infrastructure team Technical management and coordination of IT colleagues in international country companies Establishment and continuous development of ITSM structures based on common standards (e.g. ITIL) Ensuring professional service, incident, change and asset management processes Business Intelligence, Data & AI General responsibility for Business Intelligence and Group-wide Data Warehouse (Single Source of Truth) Further development of reporting to analysis, forecast and active corporate management Use of AI and Advanced Analytics for early detection of deviations and causes Building data-based forecasts on performance, costs, capacities and cash Acceleration and qualitative improvement of management decisions by intelligent data models Ensuring the consistent derivation of concrete measures from data (instead of pure dashboard creation) Controlling, PMO & Transformation Close gearing of BI, AI, controlling and PMO and project control Transparent measurement, evaluation and follow-up of progress, effect (impact), risks and dependencies Construction and development of control instruments that make transformation measurable, operationalizable and controllable Conceptual cooperation on group-wide initiatives, including through the creation of specifications, system and process concepts as well as user and role concepts

Multiannual experience in business intelligence, data and IT infrastructure in complex organizations Detectional ability to structure heterogeneous IT and data landscapes Strong business and control understanding Experience in private equity, platform or multi-site environment Leadership with Enforcement, Structure and Pragmatism AI affinity and understanding of AI as control and implementation tool Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (in particular ITIL) and their practical application Basic knowledge of IT contract law and experience in the handling of service providers and software contracts Very good German and English Willingness to moderate travel within Europe
