Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof is one of the largest hotels in its brand and has 455 comfortably furnished rooms. The hotel is located on the eastern side of the main railway station and is within walking distance. The hotel was opened on 08.11.2021. We are a young and dynamic team, with lots of fun and joy at work. Flat hierarchies are a matter of course with us, as are the 'open door policy'. We always have an open ear for our colleagues and employees. Management of the organisation and regulated procedures at reception Professional reception, competent advice and support of hotel guests All works on the front office, such as billing and cash management You will ensure a smooth running at the reception while maintaining the standards Implementation and monitoring of all processes at the front office Optimal room management in consultation with the reservation department Complaint handling Exemplary guest contact and support at the telephone centre Leadership and training of employees after IHG-Learnings Personal and holiday planning Takeover of MOD services Room control Coordination of tasks with the foreign company Monitoring the tasks of the foreign company
