Your profile:

A successful degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, facility management, architecture or a comparable qualification You bring experience in technical or infrastructural facility management, construction project management, location management or in comparable tasks with Ideally, you have knowledge of operator responsibility, fire protection, technical building equipment, maintenance or approval management Ideally, you have experience in handling SAP, MS Office 365, power apps as well as other digital and AI-based applications A good understanding of technical, commercial and organizational relationships and processes in the construction and facility management environment A high level of flexibility and a structured and result-oriented way of working to achieve corporate goals and even with conflicting interests, you keep an overview, trade solution-oriented and represent your position confidently
