You plan, accompany and implement digitalization and IT projects independently within our broker group You work intensively into our broker management system and our processes and develop yourself as a specialist contact for our broker companies You accompany data migrations between broker administration programs – from planning to voting to successful implementation You analyze the requirements of our brokers and develop practical solutions for everyday work together with them. You set processes, functions and digital solutions in our systems and support their introduction to users You create training documents, documentation and wiki contributions and make sure that knowledge remains sustainable You work closely with our developers and database specialists and contribute their expertise to projects You question existing processes, develop new processes and actively shape our digital world of work You take responsibility for your topics and projects and bring them together successfully to the goal

Industry knowledge in the insurance or insurance field are helpful, but your organizational talent, your communication strength and your structured working methods are crucial. You have already accompanied, coordinated or organised projects and keeps track of several topics at the same time IT systems and digital processes are interesting – technical programming is not your focus Experiences with broker management programs, CRM systems or inventory management systems are advantageous You work structured, reliable and process-oriented You work closely with external service providers and software providers, tune requirements and project content and provide relevant information and new processes to the teams involved.
