Senior MLOps / LLMOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Control End-to-End Lifecycle: You are responsible for versioning, deployment, monitoring and continuous development of ML and LLM systems in productive operation. Establish CI/CD for AI: You implement automated training, test and deployment pipelines including model and prompt versioning. Developing evaluation architectures: You design structured Testets, Golden Datasets and metrics for objective quality measurement of ML and RAG systems. Ensure Observability: You implement monitoring for model drift, data drift, latency, token consumption and response quality. Identify reproducibility: You ensure auditability, traceability and controlled rollbacks in AI system landscapes.

DEIN PROFIL Education & experience: You have completed your studies in computer science, data engineering, software engineering or a comparable technical field and at least 3 years of experience in the operation of productive ML or LLM systems in the enterprise environment. Expertise in ML/LLM Quality Management: You understand model lifecycle management, drift detection, prompt evaluation, and experimental comparison methods. Use Tech Stack: You work with MLflow or Weights & Biases, CI/CD toolchains like GitLab CI or GitHub Actions as well as container and cloud environments. Structured operation: You work quality, stability and reproducibility-oriented with high engineering appeal. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: You communicate safely and accurately in German and English, either verbally or in writing.
