You support sustainable anchoring of change processes and creating acceptance for new ways. Your tasks: (More) Development and implementation of a sparkass change management approach Assessment of the impact of planned changes on organisation, processes, roles, leadership and corporate culture Accompanying transformation, reorganisation and digitization projects from the perspective of change management, in particular analysis of change needs and deriving appropriate stakeholder-oriented communication and participation measures Accompanying the implementation phases up to the sustainable anchoring of new working methods, processes and structures Creation of change roadmaps, communication plans, training measures and participation formats Presentation of workshops, dialogue formats, executive meetings and team development measures Further development, planning and communication of the 'development on site'' of company development in coordination with the executives Savings banks financial group targeted. Your profile: You have a Bachelor degree or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the professional accompaniment of change processes and understand how to bring together different participants, give orientation and effectively support change. You ideally bring together first practical professional experiences in change management, transformation management, organisational development or project management. You have well-founded knowledge of common change management methods and models. You are powerful, strong in communication, take responsibility and are happy to work in the team. You are sensitive, have a good sense of organisational dynamics and have counselling and persuasiveness You actively shape changes and introduce new impulses. You are reliable and adhere to a high standard. You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. This will inspire you!
