Tasks and responsibilities Discipline and professional management of associated engineers in the field of ventilation, cleansing media and black media Independent planning and design of demanding functional tasks, including in projects, with a pronounced interface problem and complexity as a specialist Support and advice of the interface departments Responsibility and/or management of different projects Design of work/shift plans and/or structures and team-internal processes, as well as ensuring the efficient and timely organization of work and work processes in the area of responsibility Management and management of all aspects of human resources processes - organisation, staff placement, talent management, performance management to achieve strategic and operational goals Construction of a flexibly usable employee base for fulfilling the daily tasks, even in bottleneck situations Leadership and development of staff under the guidance, guidance and pension schemes Creating an environment with strong team spirit, effective communication, motivation and inspiration Maintaining and further developing your own expertise and team and organisational development expertise General contact for internal and external for the respective subject areas as well as representation of the company to external Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements and ensuring compliance in the respective functional area (GMP, labour law, occupational safety, environmental protection, etc.) Regular reporting on results, activities, KPIs, problem fields etc. Continuous development, design and optimization of methods, systems and inter-area processes Co-responsibility for cost-effective demand, resource, budget and/or deployment planning

This is important to us Higher education with several years of professional experience in the relevant field or completed training with many years of professional experience in the relevant field and additional qualification First professional experience in professional and/or disciplinary personnel management Participation in standby services Very good knowledge of German and good English, in word and writing Very good knowledge of the respective expertise in the area of responsibility Knowledge of project management methods Embossed social competence and communication skills Very good MS Office and SAP user knowledge
