You carry out professional, motivate employees and coordinate the use of personnel. This ensures a smooth production process while maintaining appointments, processes and work instructions. You monitor compliance with the requirements for occupational safety, order and fire, energy, environmental and quality management. In addition, you are responsible for the availability of materials, tools and test equipment as well as their administration and calibration. You accept the hourly bookings in SAP, the final message of production orders and the monthly closing.
You have a completed, at least three-year vocational training, for example as an electronic or mechatronic, or a comparable qualification with long-term manufacturing experience.
