Team Coordinator Back Office Banking (m/f/d)

These are your tasks Technical coordination: You control and prioritize the work of the customer and account service team. You agree closely with the application organizer for the software used and accompany tests according to system updates. Advice to the offices: As a competent contact person, you support the offices in all supervised topics of customer and account service. Legal analysis and implementation: Current case-law analyze carefully, correct content and develop practical internal processing aids taking into account existing work instructions – in particular on the topics AEOI, FATCA, rebate tax, leases or balances. Digitalization and process optimization: In projects for digitization and further development of processes, you actively contribute to the efficiency increase and sustainability balance of MBS. Representation: In the absence of the group manager, you take over the professional representation and ensure a smooth process.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed training as a bank businessman/wife or savings bank businessman/wife forms the basis of your qualification. Practical experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the described task field, ideally in customer or account service or in regulatory topics. Communication & team orientation: team orientation, clear communication and professional handling of feedback and conflicts are of course for you. Structure and Quality Consciousness: A structured, careful and reliable way of working with high quality standards is what distinguishes you. Own initiative & process understanding: With your own initiative and a good understanding of processes, you actively contribute to the further development of processes.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 42,000 – 50,900 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 6) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree Full-time (39 hours per week) or part-time (at least 77%) possible and flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
