Medical Coordinator of Inpatient Admission (m/f/d)

You organize the administrative patient reception: contract documents, appointment and examination coordination as well as cost management measures You work hand in hand with your team members and take responsibility for tasks such as blood withdrawals, blood pressure measurements, EKG etc. You document the data in the Hospital Information System (ORBIS) You are a contact person for patients during reception You support the interdisciplinary team and make your contribution to good team chemistry with communication at eye level

You have completed your training as a medical specialist or have a comparable medical/care training Administrative tasks give you pleasure, you are an organizational talent and keeps the overview An independent, careful and structured way of working with high performance is important to you You have already collected professional practice, ideally in the cardiological/heart surgery field You have joy in patient contact Your appearance is polite and accommodating You are interested in new content, organizational changes and the desire to develop the heart centre together with your team A high team capacity and ability to co-operatively cooperate with other professional groups characterize you
