At the location in the southern Lower Saxony (Metropolregion Hannover - Braunschweig - Göttingen), the successful mid-sized company is looking for a project manager SHK (m/w/d) to strengthen its dedicated team.

Location: South Lower Saxony

They independently control the projects in the technical building equipment, in particular in the works ventilation, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and sanitary technology. They are responsible for the technical and commercial projects from execution to handover to the customer, including risk management, with regard to the economic result. They lead the industrial employees, direct the subcontractors in the TGA trades and adopt the design and specification of equipment, control systems and investment parts. They negotiate with customers and suppliers, clarify technical matters and document all contractual agreements within the contract.

They are engineer, technician or master in the field of TGA, utility or process engineering. They bring several years of experience from project planning or processing and have already demonstrated their comprehensive knowledge in building technology with the focus on ventilation, heating, refrigeration and sanitary technology. They have both technical and commercial understanding and good knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations and standards (DIN, VOB, BGB). They are a communication-strong and empathic team player who has ideally already gained leadership experience. They think and act entrepreneurial, are very well organised, want to take responsibility and achieve ambitious goals.
