Project Manager Expansion of Housing Industries (m/f/d)

As a project manager for the development of housing industries, you are responsible for the end-to-end control of complex expansion projects in the housing industry across all plants. The aim of the role is the secure, timely and high-quality implementation of the expansion projects along the entire production chain. The focus is on the operational management of the expansion performance: risks, bottlenecks and performance deviations are identified, prioritised and addressed through consistent action control to ensure a stable and targeted project implementation.

Reference number: 12881 You are responsible for the operational end-to-end control of extension projects in the housing industry across all plants including KPI-based performance control (including installation rate, capacities, forecasts) to ensure efficient and timely project progress You are responsible for the active control of risks, bottlenecks and performance deviations along the entire expansion chain including derivation, tracking and escalation of measures as well as moderation of relevant project and performance reviews You agree closely with internal interfaces (including key account management, market & service, project management) for synchronized operational management of the expansion projects You are the central operational interface to construction partners and housing industries incl. performing regular dates, status and performance reviews, kick-offs and project dates on site For continuous optimisation of operational processes and interfaces along the expansion chain to increase efficiency, transparency and planability

You have a completed master's degree in the technical/economic field or a comparable qualification You have experience in project management, ideally in the construction, expansion or infrastructure environment In the past, you have already taken over the control of complex, cross-company projects You control a safe handling of KPI-based control models as well as operational reporting and performance analysis You have a distinct control and implementation competence and are ''hands-on'' and strong decision-making You are strong in communication and have the ability to perform prioritization and escalation consistently Your work is characterised by a high self-initiative and organisational skills as well as a clear result and performance orientation You are a digital native and have knowledge in handling Atlassian and Microsoft products (e.g. Power BI and Excel) You have a great willingness to travel for operational votes, on-site appointments and project management in construction partners and housing industries within our network area
