Own-responsible charge billing: You are responsible for the monthly pay bill for around 4,000 employees and coordinates all downstream processes. Implementation of new topics: In addition, you will implement new issues relating to pay billing and work closely with the areas of HR and IT and, if necessary, with authorities and consultants to ensure successful implementation. Quality assurance in your hands: With self-developed test routines, you will ensure that the quality of the pay bill remains at the highest level at all times. Completion of legal and collective adjustments: Together with your team, you will implement changes in the settlement system (SAP HCM) – from implementation to testing to ensure smooth application. Assessment of legal and technical conditions: You keep new SAP instructions in mind, check their relevance and accompany the implementation of legal changes in the system. Optimization and further development: You have an eye for detail and realize potentials to improve our SAP HCM system. In doing so, you develop existing processes and standards and actively introduce your ideas into current HR projects.

Your technical background: You bring a completed economic study or a commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education as a specialist in salary and salary (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Experience and expertise: You have several years of professional experience in pay billing and preparatory billing and have sound knowledge of tax and social security law. Technical competence: You control personnel management and accounting systems (e.g. SAP) safely and are routined in dealing with MS Office. Organizational and numerical affinity: With your analytical thinking and a high level of service and problem-solving orientation, you always keep an overview. Team spirit and development motivation: You like to work in the team and are happy to advance projects together. At the same time, you are ready to develop topics continuously and actively shape them. Estimate paid out Benefit from an attractive remuneration according to our in-house collective agreement between 50,500 € and 62,000 € gross p.a.
