You are responsible for selected controlling topics for our German locations Create monthly reports, forecasts, budget evaluations and ad hoc analyses You analyze economic indicators, identify trends and guide well-founded action recommendations You support budget, personnel and medium-term planning in close cooperation with the departments You accompany monthly, quarterly and annual accounts from Controlling View You work closely with business areas, HR, Finance and other interfaces You actively promote the further development of our processes, reporting and tools, and bring your own ideas You identify potentials for automation and the sensible use of modern technology, including AI, and implement them together with relevant interfaces

Successful degree in economics, finance, controlling or comparable Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a service-oriented environment Very good Excel knowledge as well as pronounced understanding of numbers and economic relationships Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work Ability to develop complex situations in a comprehensible and addressable manner High service orientation, communication strength and professional appearance Own initiative and solution-oriented operation Ideally experience with SAP S/4Hanna, DATEV, Aderant or comparable systems
