THE RECOMMENDATION As a forklift driver, you take the storage and removal from the high-bay warehouse, loading and unloading of route trains, picking and placing the load carriers on the route trains. In your role as a team leader (m/w/d), you will ensure smooth workflows within your responsibility. Self-guide the shopfloor management and support the team's professional and disciplinary leadership. When it comes to safety, quality standards and 5S standards, you are a model for your team and take care of the implementation and compliance of appropriate measures. With your calm and factual appearance, you are looking for a positive working atmosphere.

THE GROWTH IN MEMBER Your basis is a completed training ideally as a specialist for warehouse logistics.- Ideally, you already have first leadership experience and are in possession of an authorization certificate for guiding and operating industrial trucks. As a fast-paced, communicative and predictive team player, you can also keep an overview in stressful situations. In addition, you bring good knowledge of MS Office applications and are safe to use scanners and goods management systems. Last but not least, we can count on your conscientious operation and your flexibility in the 3-layer system.
