Examination and booking of invoices and credits taking into account the statutory and VAT regulations clarification and coordination of price differences in cooperation with strategic purchasing and cost center managers Coordination of quantity differences in close cooperation with logistics Administrative processing of dunning Ensuring proper and timely processing of all accounting operations in the creditor sector

Completed commercial training, ideally as a financial accountant or comparable qualification First experience in creditor accounting desirable Good knowledge in handling MS Office, in particular well-founded knowledge in MS Excel Careful, structured and responsible functioning
