The Heidelberg Research Service supports the scientists of the University in the application and management of research projects, including the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR), the EU Commission and numerous foundations. The following full-time job is to be filled in the department 6.2 Heidelberg Research Service – Advice and project administration in the Department of Research of the University Administration Heidelberg at the next possible time: Network Manager (m/d)

Advising and supporting third-party applications with coordination role of the University of Heidelberg in the EU funding area Administrative Management of Authorized EU Network Projects with Coordination Role of the University of Heidelberg Creation of qualified templates in the decision-making process Implementation of events on “Coordination of EU Network Projects”

Complete university studies ideally with doctoral degree, excellent communicative skills and organizational skills Experience in project management Ideal experience in the field of “coordination of collaborative research” Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Security in dealing with common IT (MS Office) You are a dedicated person who understands consulting and project management as a service for science. You are ready to take on project responsibility independently and in the team flexibly and with above-average commitment.
