Operations Manager (m/d) Unlimited in full time

You're not the guy who's just running from the desk. You're in the middle of it when it comes to it. In our small, powerful depot you are not only team leader (w/m/d), but also co-designer, supporter and co-packer. You keep an overview, jump in if necessary, and make sure everything goes – in the office and especially in the hall.

As Operations Manager (w/m/d), you are our hero of the operative, supported in the flexible two-layer system and take on independently exciting tasks. Evaluations & measures: You regularly formulate productivity and quality evaluations and thereby initiate concrete optimization measures. Leadership & Development: You coach, train and guide your team with fair, transparent communication – always with the goal of becoming even better together. Control & Planning: You are planning utilities, tours and capacities of the main courses and conduct quality discussions with our transport partners. Teamcommitment: You keep your team together in the hall, thinks of strong operational cooperation and conduct interviews for new professional employees. Interface & Coordination: You work closely with all relevant stakeholders, align yourself with the day-to-day shift managers and ensure smooth operational processes.

A successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding businessman/wife, KEP Salesman/wife, Industrial Businessman/wife or a comparable qualification Management experience in an operating environment Experience in transport and distribution as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality Key figures affinity and a secure understanding of economic relations Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel High social competence as well as pleasure in a motivating and value-adding employee leadership
