Customer Service & Media Design Employee (m/f/d)

You advise and attend our new and existing customers appropriate customer data in our order system You're talking to the construction, costing and production departments to meet your customers' requirements You create offers and keep them after You enter orders and track their execution You check print data and make adjustments You take care of complaint management You ensure the quality in customer processes and make suggestions for optimization You are involved in sales and marketing projects – from organization to implementation

You have completed training or studying in a relevant area We would be particularly pleased to have at least 1 year of professional experience as an employee (m/w/d) in the printing, publishing or advertising industry You not only think business, but also customer and service oriented in contact with customers you have a friendly, competent and convincing appearance You have very good oral and written communication skills good English skills are another plus You are safe in dealing with the common Microsoft Office programs You have experience with Adobe graphics programs You are enthusiastic, you put your environment in it and see opportunities instead of problems You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-initiative You work structured and efficient and want to further develop together with EXPACKT
