A completed training as an educator:in or nurse:in, a study in the social field (e.g. social work or education) or a comparable qualification Experience in working with children and families – ideally also with parents in challenging situations of life Knowledge in the field of early assistance or systemic work is welcome, but no need Empathy, communication strength and joy in team work independent work and the willingness to take responsibility Motivation to accompany children and families in an appreciation and resource-oriented manner
