We offer our customers a full range of services from property management, asset management, project management, center management, rental and investment and we need YOU: Commercial Property Manager (m/w/d) for commercial properties, nationwide Reference number: 352785 In order to strengthen our teams in Berlin, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart, we are looking for a Commercial Property Manager (m/w/d) for commercial properties at the next possible time. They would work in this position not only in your local branch, but also for, for example, 2 months in Munich, 3 months in Hamburg or even in any other branch. You have an enthusiastic and assertive personality with organizational talent, communication strength and professional appearance, are a real team player (m/w/d) and independent work is one of your strengths? Your area of responsibility: Responsible and professional support of high-quality commercial properties Self-employed tenant care incl. rental and object-specific communication Rental contract management incl. supervision of contractual rights and obligations or their adaptation/implementation Control and monitoring of external service providers for optimal management of supervised properties (Facility Management) Ensuring and creating monthly reporting for the client and application of existing controlling instruments Object responsibility and controlling Defining and controlling appropriate measures for proactive tenants They are regularly on the move in the various branches in Germany and support colleagues on site

(m/w/d) or real estate economics (m/w/d) or completed (specialized) college degree in the real estate sector Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties Responsibility and negotiation security Good IT skills - ideally SAP-RE/FX skills as well as good German and English skills (min. level B2) Germany-wide readiness to travel
