Commercial management of the regional office: You are responsible for the commercial management of the regional office and keep in mind the economic development and commercial goals. In doing so, you act as a Sparring partner in all business matters and assists in the further development of the regional office Budget Planning & Controlling: You are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring the commercial key figures, initial forecasts and analysing plan-actual deviations. In close coordination with the regional office management, you will ensure a resilient budget planning and support in economic decisions Reporting & Conclusions: You are responsible for transparent reports and ad hoc evaluations and actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Keeping the economic situation of the regional office in mind Project management: You ensure transparent and economic project implementation and support the project teams in commercial topics, in particular project reviews, follow-up management and receivable management Team Building & Collaboration: You build the team Commercial Services and develop it professionally as well as organizationally continuously. Take the disciplinary leadership and promote the further development of the team. You will develop structures, processes and competencies in cross-border cooperation with the commercial director of the business unit and the commercial team management of the other regional offices.

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of economics with a focus on controlling and finance Experience in commercial project management or project management, ideally in the field of energy infrastructure, industry or construction Excellent numerical affinity, analytical thinking and excellent knowledge of German (C1); English knowledge is advantageous Knowledge of German contract law (BGB, VOB) and understanding of commercial relationships in projects Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working methods as well as communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity
