Complete training: Complete training for nursing staff or medical specialists (MFA) is desirable. Qualifications: Qualification in the technical course II or III according to the guidelines of the German Society for Sterile Goods (DGSV) or the willingness to acquire them. Endoscopy knowledge: endoscopy (DGSV) is desirable. Professional experience: multi-year professional experience, ideally also with leadership experience. Competences & leadership: Professional and social competence as well as flexibility to ensure a high level of employee motivation and leadership. Sterile goods supply & preparation: Ensuring high-quality sterile goods supply, including sterilization, picking and release of medical instruments. Control & quality assurance: expert control of the preparation of medical devices in accordance with statutory regulations and standards. Maintenance & Validation: Monitoring the maintenance and validation of technical equipment to ensure a perfect functionality. EDV Documentation & Release: EDV-supported documentation and release of processed medical devices taking into account all quality and safety standards. Personnel management & development: Target-oriented, team-oriented leadership as well as personnel development and deployment planning to promote a powerful team. Cooperative cooperation: Confidential and competent cooperation with all groups of persons involved and close cooperation with the nursing director and the management team. Process optimization & organisation: Efficient organization and continuous optimization of workflows to ensure highest quality standards.
